David's masala-stuffed chiles

\N \N Cayenne powder
\N \N Green chiles; e.g. large cayennes, fresno, jalapeno, large serranos
\N \N Ghii
\N \N Lime juice

GRIND TOGETHER

Fry spice mixture in ghii. Stuff this into green chiles (seeds and membranes removed, per taste preference, but also to make some room there).

Fry chiles in ghii. Squeeze lime juice on top when served.
