2cupsPepper cheese, shredded
2cupsCheddar/monterey jack cheese

Buttermilk
6Eggs

Directions

Mix first 4 ingredients together. Scoop and form triangles. Flour, dip in batter, flour again and fry until golden. Batter is 2 cups buttermilk, 6 eggs and 1 teaspoon seasoned salt.
