Crab with curried almond rice

Ingredients

2mediumsTomatoes, peeled and chopd
1Clove garlic, chopped
4dropsTabasco sauce, (or more to taste)
1teaspoonSalt
¼teaspoonPepper
½teaspoonPaprika
6tablespoonsFlour
3cupsMilk
2cansOr frozen pkgs. crab meat or imitation crab
1cupBlanched almonds
1teaspoonCurry powder
3cupsHot cooked rice

Directions

Melt 6 T. margarine in saucepan. Add tomatoes, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco and seasonings. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes. Add flour and stir until well blended. Add milk and simmer until thick, stirring constantly. Add crabmeat. Simmer for 10 mins. Meanwhile melt 2 T. butter in another saucepan. Add almonds and curry powder. Saute. Stir and toss with rice.
