1cup1% Low-fat Cottage Cheese
¼cupUnsweetened Cocoa
¼cupAii-purpose Flour
¼cupAmaretto
1teaspoonVanilla Extract
¼teaspoonSalt
1Egg
2tablespoonsCocoa
2tablespoonsSemisweet Choc. Mini-morsels
Chocolate Curls (Optional)

Directions

Sprinkle chocolate wafer crumbs in bottom of a 7-inch springform pan. Set aside. Position knife blade in food processor bowl ;add cream cheese & the next 7 ingredients ,processing until smooth. Add Egg & process just until blended . Fold in Chocolate Morsels.

Slowly pour mixture over crumbs in pan. Bake at 300 dg for 65 to 70 minutes or until the cheesecake is set. Let cool in pan on a wire rack. Cover & chill at least 8 hrs. Remove sides of pan ,& transfer cheesecak to a serving platter .Garnish with chocolate curls if desired .(About 200 calories per serving !!!)
