Chocolate zuccchini cake

Measure Ingredient
3 cups Flour
1¼ teaspoon Baking powder and baking soda
¼ teaspoon Cinnamon
4 \N Eggs
3 cups Sugar
1½ cup Oil
3 \N Squares unsweetened chochlate
1½ teaspoon Vanilla
½ teaspoon Almond extract
3 cups Grated zucchini
1 cup Nuts
½ cup Chopped dates

Sift flour baking powder, baking soda salt and cinnamon. Set aside Beat eggs till frothy. Add sugar and oil. Then chocholate, vanilla and almond.

Fold in dry ingredients. Add zuchinni, nuts and dates Pour into greased 10 inch tube pan. Bake 350 for 1 hr 15 minutes. Let stand inverted on cake pan for 20 minutes.
