Chicken in red wine

| 12 | smalls | Whole mushrooms |
| 1 | tablespoon | Plus (see next ingredient) vegetable oil |
| 1 | cup | Dry red wine |
| ½ | cup | Water |
| 1 | pack | Instant chicken broth |
| ½ | teaspoon | Paprika |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Pepper |
| ½ | teaspoon | Dried thyme |
| 2 | cloves | Garlic, minced |
| 1 | small | Bay leaf |
| 1 | tablespoon | Parsley flakes |
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Place chicken in casserole, top with onions and mushrooms. Combine remaining ingredients, pour over chicken. cover and bake 1 hour. Remove and discard bay leaf before serving.
