| 50 | grams | Sugar |
| 5 | millilitres | Lemon rind |
| 1½ | millilitre | Vanilla |
| 1 | Egg yolk | |
| 50 | grams | Softened butter |
| 1 | kilograms | Cream cheese |
| 300 | grams | Sugar |
| 20 | grams | Flour |
| 7 | millilitres | Orange rind |
| 7 | millilitres | Lemon rind |
| 1½ | millilitre | Vanilla |
| 5 | Eggs | |
| 2 | Egg yolks | |
| 50 | millilitres | Cream |
Directions
1. Mix crust ingredients; press into a baking pan. Bake 10 minutes at 200øC
2. Combine filling ingredients; mix well, and pour into baked crust.
3. Bake at 225 øC for 10-12 minutes.
4. Reduce to 100 øC for 1 hour.
Difficulty : easy to moderate. Precision : measure the ingredients.
