⅔ cup Water
2 cups Bread flour
1 tablespoon Sugar
1 teaspoon Salt
2 teaspoons Butter
2 tablespoons Port red wine
¼ cup Danish blue cheese
¼ cup Walnuts; coarsely chopped
2½ tablespoon Applesauce
1½ teaspoon Yeast

Bake on regular cycle.
