¼poundsFresh Mushrooms -- thinly sliced
½poundsOnions -- thinly sliced
cupBrown Gravy
3ouncesWhite Wine
Salt And Pepper -- to taste
3dashesTabasco Sauce
4ouncesSour Cream

Directions

Brown veal in butter. Saute mushrooms and onions in butter and add to meat. Add the gravy and wine and cook for 20 mins. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and Tabasco sauce. Add sour cream just before serving. Makes 5 generous servings.
