Measure | Ingredient |

3 eaches | Stalks celery, diced |
1 tablespoon | Lemon juice |
1 x | Salt & pepper to taste |
1 each | Lg onion, diced |
4 eaches | Carrots, sliced |
1 tablespoon | Vinegar |
1 tablespoon | Horseradish |
1 can | Tomato soup |
Put vegetables in a large pot with water to cover. Add remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly. Simmer 2 - 2½ hours, until beets and carrots are tender. Source: my Lithuanian mother-in-law
