Asparagus soup #1

Measure Ingredient
2 pounds Asparagus, cut diag 1\"

1 clove Pressed garlic
3 \N Sliced leeks
4 \N Chopped thinly green
\N \N Onions
3 tablespoons Butter
1 \N Chopped small red potato
4 cups Water
1 \N Vegetable, beef, chicken
\N \N Cube
1 tablespoon Soy sauce
1 cup Cream
2 tablespoons Tarragon
2 tablespoons Basil

Saute vegetables in butter for 5 minutes. Add water and bouillon cube; simemr 5 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and simmer 10 minutes more. Serve.
