Apricot coconut tartlets

Measure Ingredient
½ cup Butter
1 \N Pack (3 oz) cream cheese
1 teaspoon Sugar
¼ teaspoon Salt
1 cup Flour
\N \N Apricot jam
¼ cup Flaked coconut

Mix shortening, cheese, sugar & salt. Blend in flour. Form into a ball & chill at least 3 hours. Heat oven to 400. Roll out dough ⅛" thick on cloth covered board. Cut with 2" cookie cutter; place on ungreased sheet. Top each with ½ tsp. apricot jam. Bake about 10 minutes. Remove from oven; quickly sprinkle with coconut. Bake 2 more minutes. Remove from sheet & cool.
