"guardian angel" torte

Yield: 10 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pack Chocolate pudding mix
1 cup Milk
½ cup Sour cream
1 Angel food cake;, (9 or 10-inch cake)
1 cup Heavy cream
3 tablespoons Confectioners' sugar
Shaved chocolate

Combine pudding mix and milk; cok until mixture boils. Cool slightly; stir in sour cream. Chill thoroughly. Split cake in 2 or 3 layers. Spread chocolate mixture between layers. Cover top and sides of cake with whipped cream, sweetened with condectioners sugar. Garnish with shaved chocolate.
