Spelt bread - large

Yield: 20 Servings

Measure Ingredient
3⅜ cup Spelt Flour
2 tablespoons Sugar
3 tablespoons Powdered milk or substitute
1 teaspoon Salt
2 tablespoons Canola Oil
1⅜ cup Water; room temperature
1 pack QuickRise Yeast

INGREDIENTS

DIRECTIONS: Place all ingredients except yeast in baking pan. Set for Whole Wheat, Rapid Bake Mode. Place yeast in dispenser.

This is for Panasonic 65. Alter as needed for other brands ABMs.
