500 grams | Minced pork; (1lb) |
2 \N | Cloves garlic; crushed |
50 grams | Fresh white breadcrumbs; (2oz) |
1 tablespoon | Freshly chopped parsley |

2 tablespoons | Oil |
1 \N | 275 gram jar taco relish |
50 grams | Cheddar cheese; grated (2oz) |
1. Mix together the meat and garlic, breadcrumbs, parsley, egg and seasoning and shape into 16 balls.
2. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the meatballs in batches to brown all over.
3. Transfer to an oven proof dish and pour over the taco relish. Cover and cook in a preheated oven 180 C, 350 F, Gas Mark 4 for 30 minutes.
4. Sprinkle over the grated cheese and place back in oven uncovered and continue cooking for a further 30 minutes.
