2 pounds | Lean ground beef |

1½ tablespoon | Curry powder |
4 \N | Eggs, beaten |
1 cup | Milk |
1½ cup | Half and half |
1 \N | 8 oz pkg. dried apricots, finely chopped |
bay leaves butter
Combine beef, salt and curry powder. Combine eggs, milk and cream.
Combine half of the egg mixture with the beef; stir in apricots.
Turn into a greased 13 x 9" baking dish. Pour remaining egg mixture over top; float several bay leaves on top of milk; dot with butter.
Bake at 350 for 45 minutes until top resembles baked custard.
