½ cup | Mayonnaise |
1 \N | Egg, well beaten |
1 can | Whole kernel corn, drained |
1 cup | Herb seasoned bread stuffing mix |
1 small | Onion, minced |
1 teaspoon | Parsley flakes |
1 cup | Dry bread crumbs |
2 tablespoons | Oleo |
Combine milk and mayonnaise, mix well. Add egg, corn, stuffing, onion and parsley. Pour into greased and floured 8 inch round baking pan. Toss bread crumbs with melted oleo. Sprinkle over corn mix.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
