279758 jan's hot fruit casserole

10 servings
1 medium Can pineapple chunks
1 medium Can peach halves
1 medium Can pear halves
Jar spiced apple rings
2 tablespoons Flour
½ cup Brown sugar
Stick butter
1 cup Sherry

Drain all fruit. Let sit. Combine butter, flour, sugar and sherry.

Cook over hot water (double boiler) until thick, stirring constantly.

Arrange fruit in oven proof dish. (I usually place apple rings on top for color.) Pour sauce over fruit. Let stand overnight in refrigerator. Bake uncovered for about 20 minutes, until hot and bubbly. Delicious with beef, pork or chicken.
