Yorkshire pudding #1

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Flour
½ teaspoon Salt
2 Eggs
1 cup Milk
¼ cup Roast beef drippings

Mix flour and salt; gradually stir in mixture of eggs and milk. Beat until smooth. Pour into hot, shallow pan with drippings. Bake at 400 for 25-30 minutes. Cut in squares and serve immediately.
