Yogurt-tahini dressing

Yield: 48 Servings

Measure Ingredient
½ cup Green onion
½ cup Onions
⅓ cup Vinegar
¾ cup Peanut oil
1 Clove garlic
⅔ cup Sesame butter; (tahini)
¼ cup Tamari soy sauce
1 tablespoon Dill weed
1 teaspoon Salt
1 quart Lowfat yogurt

Blend all ingredients except yogurt in a blender. Then add yogurt and blend BRIEFLY. The longer you blend, the thicker it gets.
