| 1⅛ | cup | Whole Wheat Flour |
| 1 | teaspoon | Salt |
| 1 | tablespoon | Butter |
| 2 | tablespoons | Molasses |
| ⅔ | cup | Water |
Directions
Options: You can substitute all White Bread Flour.
If you do, be careful in the boiling stage.
You can add - ¼ Cup well packed raisins & 1 Teaspoon Cinnamon.
You can sprinkle on top - ¾ Tablespoon Poppy Seeds or ¾ Tablespoon Sesame Seeds or ¼ Cup Onions or your own preferences For Egg Bagels: Substitute for Water = 1 Egg plus water to make ⅔ Cup + 1 Tablespoon Water and before baking, brush with egg white. You can also sprinkle with seed.
