|1 cup||Onion; chopped|
|2 tablespoons||Butter; melted|
|¼ cup||Dry white wine|
|20 ounces||Turnip greens; frozen, thawed and drained|
|1 pounds||Cream cheese; softened|
|8 ounces||Sour cream|
|1 teaspoon||Tabasco sauce|
Date: Wed, 13 Mar 1996 07:58:39 cst Saute onion in butter until tender. Stir in wine and simmer about 2 minutes. Stir in turnip greens and remaining ingredients and cook over medium head until thoroughly heated. Be sure to stir occasionally. Transfer to a chafing dish and keep warm. Serve with toasted baguette slices or some other toasted "hearty" bread that will stand up to dipping.
