Tomato-meat sauce

Yield: 12 Servings

Measure Ingredient
½ pounds Lean ground beef
1 medium Onion; chopped
2 Cloves garlic; minced
6 mediums Fresh tomatoes; peeled, seeded and cut up
½ teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon American Heart Association original herb seasoning
½ teaspoon Sugar
½ teaspoon Basil leaves
¼ cup Red wine

In large skillet, combine beef, onion and garlic; cook until beef is no longer pink. Set aside. In blender, combine remaining ingredients; process for 30 seconds. Add tomato mixture to meat and vegetables; simmer for 20 minutes. Refrigerate leftovers. FROM "CREAMETTE GOOD HEALTH
