|4||Eggs; lightly beaten|
|Fresh herbs to garnish|
|4 slices||Leg ham|
|4 slices||Tasty cheese|

1.Heat oil in a pan, add half the egg mixture, tilt pan so eggs cover base, cook until set then remove from pan. Repeat with remaining egg mixture.
Roll up omelettes, cut into 5 millimetre thick slices.
2.Spread butter over toast. Top with ham, omelette spirals and cheese.
3.Cook under a hot grill until cheese is melted.
4.Serve garnished with fresh herbs.
