Thai noodles (pad thai)

Quantity Ingredient
1 pack (8 ounce) thin pasta (angel hair)
¼ cup Soy sauce
¼ cup Creamy peanut butter
tablespoon Sugar
3 tablespoons Olive or vegetable oil
3 tablespoons Sesame oil
1 small Clove garlic, minced
1 teaspoon Dried crushed red pepper
¼ teaspoon Chili oil

Cook pasta until done (al dente); drain and set aside and keep warm.

Combine all the remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour over pasta and toss. We like to top ours with some thinly sliced carrot, some finely chopped green onion and some coarsely chopped peanuts.
