Thai noodles (pad thai)

Ingredients

1pack(8 ounce) thin pasta (angel hair)
¼cupSoy sauce
¼cupCreamy peanut butter
tablespoonSugar
3tablespoonsOlive or vegetable oil
3tablespoonsSesame oil
1smallClove garlic, minced
1teaspoonDried crushed red pepper
¼teaspoonChili oil

Directions

Cook pasta until done (al dente); drain and set aside and keep warm.

Combine all the remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour over pasta and toss. We like to top ours with some thinly sliced carrot, some finely chopped green onion and some coarsely chopped peanuts.
