Thai vinaigrette

Measure Ingredient
4 Serranos or green thais; stemmed
2 Garlic cloves; chopped
1 teaspoon Minced ginger
1 tablespoon Thai fish or soy sauce
3 tablespoons Lime juice
¼ cup Peanut oil

Combining all in a blender & puree until smooth. makes about ½ Cup.
