Table salsa

Measure Ingredient
4 Whole Tomatoes,Red,Ripe, --
1 Whole Chili, Jalapeno --
1 Whole Chili, Chilipetin --

: Chopped

: Chopped

½ Whole Onion, small --

: Chopped

6 oz Tomato Paste

: Minced

½ Clove Garlic,Clove,Raw

¼ ts Pepper,Black

½ ts Salt

¼ ts Paprika

1 TB Vinegar

Mix all ingredients, adding seasonings last, in a blender. Mix for desired thickness. Salsa will keep for a week refrigerated in a closed container. use glass jars or plastic containers.
