Measure Ingredient
1 pounds Peeled and part-boiled potatoes
1 teaspoon Paprika
Salt and pepper
1 Pat butter
½ pounds Sliced tomatoes
½ pounds Grated cheese
1 Sprig parsley or basil

Put the potato either through a mincer or grate it. Put some butter in a hot pan and make a pancake with half the potato. After a couple of minutes of sizzling put more butter round the edge, then turn the potato and cook another minute.

Then sprinkle a little cheese and paprika on top, add four or five tomato slices. Heat until the cheese starts to melt, then top off with a little more cheese and crown the tasty mountain with the parsley or basil.
