Spicy shrimp & pork salad

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
½ teaspoon Coriander seeds, ground
3 eaches Minced garlic cloves
1 teaspoon Freshly ground black pepper
3 tablespoons Vingegar
3 tablespoons Lime or lemon juice
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Sugar
¼ teaspoon Dried ground chili peppers
2 cups Cooked port, cubed small
1 pounds Cooked shrimp, diced small
1 each Cucumber, peeled and sliced
1 teaspoon Mint

Combine in a bowl the coriander, garlic, pepper, vinegar, lime juice, salt, sugar and chili peppers. Add the pork, shrimp and cucumber.
