Spazle noodles

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
250 grams Flour
2 Whole eggs; beaten slightly
1 teaspoon Salt
125 millilitres Water
125 millilitres Milk

Mix everything together until the blisters pop. Press into boiling salted water with spatzle press. Cook until water foams. Remove and immediately hold under cold running water. Can put melted butter over spatzle.

NOTES : If you don't have a spaztle press, press the batter through a colander directly into the boiling water.
