Skillet stroganoff

Yield: 5 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pounds Ground beef
1 can (14.5-oz) ready-to-serve beef broth
4 ounces Uncooked medium egg noodles
1 Jar (4.5-oz) sliced mushrooms; drained
¼ cup Water
¼ cup Ketchup
1 Clove garlic; minced
1 carton (8-oz) sour cream

In large skillet, brown ground beef over medium-high heat; drain. Stir in all remaining ingredients except sour cream. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low; cook 4-5 minutes or until noodles are tender, stirring occasionally. Stir in sour cream.
