|1 can||(14.5-oz) ready-to-serve beef broth|
|4 ounces||Uncooked medium egg noodles|
|1||Jar (4.5-oz) sliced mushrooms; drained|
|1||Clove garlic; minced|
|1 carton||(8-oz) sour cream|
In large skillet, brown ground beef over medium-high heat; drain. Stir in all remaining ingredients except sour cream. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low; cook 4-5 minutes or until noodles are tender, stirring occasionally. Stir in sour cream.
