|1 pounds||Large shrimp in shells|
|2||Garlic cloves; minced|
|2 teaspoons||Red curry paste|
|2 tablespoons||Japanese soy sauce|
Marinate shrimp with garlic cloves, curry paste and soy sauce. Mix well, then cover and refrigerate for 1 hour. Skewer the shrimp, then cook them over a grill.
