Salsa - for fish or ?

Yield: 4 servings

Measure Ingredient
1 teaspoon Olive oil
1 each Medium onion, diced
2 eaches Cloves of garlic, crushed
2 eaches Medium tomatoes, seed, chop
2 eaches Jalopenos, seeded, chopped
1 teaspoon Dried oregano
¼ teaspoon Cummin
¼ teaspoon Salt
¼ teaspoon Black pepper

In a microwave safe dish, combine olive oil, onion, jalopenos, garlic, tomatoes, oregano, cumin, salt and pepper. Stir to mix well. Cover with wax paper. Place in microwave, on high, for 4 minutes. Stir after 2 minutes.
