Yield: 4 Servings
|1 pounds||Lean ground meat|
|½ cup||Uncooked rice|
|1 tablespoon||Butter or margarine|
|\N \N||Washed; tender grape leaves|
|\N \N||Chicken parts: back; wings, etc.|
|2 \N||Lemons; juice of|
Combine first six ingredients, place 1 Teaspoon of dressing on grape leaf & roll tightly. Continue until all of the filling has been used. Place rolled grape leaves over chicken parts in a stewing pot & cover with cold water.
Simmer over low fire for 1 hour. 20 minutes before done, add juice of 2 lemons, bring to a boil & simmer.
