Measure | Ingredient |

1 pounds | Lean ground meat |
½ cup | Uncooked rice |
½ teaspoon | Salt |
½ teaspoon | Pepper |
½ teaspoon | Cinnamon |
1 tablespoon | Butter or margarine |
\N \N | Washed; tender grape leaves |
\N \N | Chicken parts: back; wings, etc. |
2 \N | Lemons; juice of |
Combine first six ingredients, place 1 Teaspoon of dressing on grape leaf & roll tightly. Continue until all of the filling has been used. Place rolled grape leaves over chicken parts in a stewing pot & cover with cold water.
Simmer over low fire for 1 hour. 20 minutes before done, add juice of 2 lemons, bring to a boil & simmer.
