Ingredients

| 1 | pounds | Lean ground meat | 
| ½ | cup | Uncooked rice | 
| ½ | teaspoon | Salt | 
| ½ | teaspoon | Pepper | 
| ½ | teaspoon | Cinnamon | 
| 1 | tablespoon | Butter or margarine | 
| Washed; tender grape leaves | ||
| Chicken parts: back; wings, etc. | ||
| 2 | Lemons; juice of | |
Directions
Combine first six ingredients, place 1 Teaspoon of dressing on grape leaf & roll tightly. Continue until all of the filling has been used. Place rolled grape leaves over chicken parts in a stewing pot & cover with cold water. 
Simmer over low fire for 1 hour. 20 minutes before done, add juice of 2 lemons, bring to a boil & simmer.
