Ingredients

| ½ | cup | Wild rice |
| 1 | cup | White rice |
| ½ | cup | Onion, diced |
| 1 | can | Mandarin oranges |
| ½ | cup | Pine nuts |
| 1 | cup | Chestnuts, shelled & quartered, optional |
| ½ | cup | Celery, diced |
| ½ | Cube of butter | |
Directions
STUFFING
Goose- Clean out excess fat (there will be a lot!) and rinse well.
Stuff, salt & pepper skin, prick well, & tent w/tin foil. Roast at 375F for 4 hrs. Remove tent & cook 30 mins more. (Approx 25 mins/lb) Stuffing- Cook rices until done. Saute celery & onion in butter. Mix all ingreds & stuff goose.
