Yield: 5 Servings
|2 tablespoons||Butter or margarine|
|1 cup||Finely cut pitted dates|
|1 cup||Granulated sugar|
|2 eaches||Eggs (beaten)|
|3 cups||Rice Krispies|
|1 x||Powdered Sugar|
Melt butter or margarine in skillet over LOW heat. then add dates, sugar and eggs. Cook over low heat stirring constantly until mixture forms a ball. (Goes together in pan.) Cool - then stir in 3 cups rice krispies. Spread powdered sugar on wax paper and make into rolls. Refrigerate and slice as needed.
