Rice krispie date roll

Yield: 5 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 tablespoons Butter or margarine
1 cup Finely cut pitted dates
1 cup Granulated sugar
2 eaches Eggs (beaten)
3 cups Rice Krispies
1 x Powdered Sugar

Melt butter or margarine in skillet over LOW heat. then add dates, sugar and eggs. Cook over low heat stirring constantly until mixture forms a ball. (Goes together in pan.) Cool - then stir in 3 cups rice krispies. Spread powdered sugar on wax paper and make into rolls. Refrigerate and slice as needed.
