Rhubarb preserves

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
5 cups Rhubarb; cut up
4 cups Sugar
1 Box strawberry jello; (3 ounce)

1.Place rhubarb in bowl with sugar overnight 2.Put in large kettle and let boil 10 minutes 3.Skim

4.Mix jello with rhubarb

5.Remove from heat and stir well 6.Put in jars and seal

NOTES : Notes: Cook without sugar, and when cool, add equal. Taste for sweetness.
