3 ounces | French vannilla pudding mix |
⅓ cup | Sweet sherry |
⅓ cup | Poppy seed |

8 ounces | Sour cream |
\N \N | Stick butter |
1 cup | Sugar |
¼ cup | Sherry |
¼ cup | Water |
GLAZE
Mix all ingredients in a large mixing bowl, beat for a full 5 mins.
Pour into a greased and floured tube pan. Bake at 350 for 1 hr. Cool slightly an then pour glaze on cake in pan. GLAZE: Mix glaze ingredients together and bring to a boil, boil for a full 3 mins.
Prick top of cake and pour hot glaze over cake. Let cake cool in pan.
