Pimiento spread for sandwich filling

Measure Ingredient
½ cup Tofu
2 tablespoons Oil
2 tablespoons Apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon Sugar
1½ teaspoon Salt
⅛ teaspoon Black pepper
pinch Garlic powder
1 pounds Firm tofu; crumbled
3 tablespoons Sweet pickle relish
½ cup Pimientos; drained and chopped

Combine first 7 ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Combine in bowl with remaining ingredients. Best if refrigerated overnight.
