Persimmon supreme

Yield: 3 servings

Measure Ingredient
6 Egg whites beaten, stiff
2 cups Sugar folded in
1 cup Chopped pecans
Add 2 cups Ritz cracker
Crumbs
Mix and spread on greased
Pan, bake 20 to 25 minutes
At 350 degrees. Let cool.
Prepare 1 box of Dream Whip
(2 pkgs.)
1 cup Sugar
16 ounces Philadelphia cream cheese

Whip cheese and sugar together and add to prepared Dream Whip. Spread on top of crust, then add persimmon topping of: 2 cups persimmon pulp ¼ cup sugar 2 cups miniature marshmallows Sprinkle with additional chopped nuts. Chill in refrigerator for 3 hours.
