Pear cheese salad

Yield: 10 Servings

Measure Ingredient
½ cup Oil
3 tablespoons White wine vinegar
¼ teaspoon Salt
¼ teaspoon Dry mustard
4 Pears; thinly sliced
2 tablespoons Lemon juice
4 ounces Shredded Swiss or Cheddar cheese (1 cup)
½ cup Chopped pecans
Bibb lettuce

DRESSING

SALAD

In small jar with tight-fitting lid, combine all dressing ingredients; shake well.

In large bowl, gently toss pears with lemon juice. Add cheese and pecans.

Pour dressing over salad; stir gently. Serve in lettuce-lined bowl.
