Peach delight

Yield: 8 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Flour
2 tablespoons Sugar
1 teaspoon Baking powder
¼ teaspoon Salt
2 tablespoons Butter
⅓ cup Milk
½ teaspoon Vanilla
1 Egg
6 Ripe peaches, peeled & slice

Sift together dry ingredients, cut in butter until crumbs form.

Combine Milk, Vanilla and egg; stir into flour until moistened, spread dough into 8" square baking pan. Arrange peaches in rows pressing lightly into dough. Bake at 425 degrees for 25 minutes.
