Oyster spring roll dip

Yield: 4 servings

Measure Ingredient
½ teaspoon Finely chopped ginger
1 tablespoon Garlic; finely chopped
2 tablespoons Soy sauce
1 tablespoon Flat leaf parsley
1 \N Dsp runny honey
1 teaspoon Sesame oil
1 tablespoon Fish stock
1 \N Finely chopped red chilli

Mix all the ingredients together and leave to infuse for at least half an hour. Serve with any kind of spring rolls.
