Orange julius (no. 1)

Yield: 4 servings

Measure Ingredient
½ cup Orange juice
½ cup Soda water
1 Egg, well-beaten
3 tablespoons Milk
¼ cup Crushed ice or orange sherbet

Put orange juice, soda water, egg, milk and crushed ice or sherbet in a blender. Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy. Serve at once.
