Orange bavarian

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1½ cup Orange juice
1 pack Sweetened lemon flavored gelatin
Few grains salt
1 cup Whipping cream
½ cup Sugar
½ cup Boiling water
2 Oranges
½ cup Chopped nuts

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add sugar, salt, and orange juice. Cool until partially set. Beat until fluffy. Add nuts. Fold in stiffly whipped cream. Pour into mold. Chill until firm. Garnish with orange sections. Serve with whipped cream. 6 servings.
