Nut roll (long)

Yield: 60 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pack Yeast
1 cup Butter; melted
4 Egg yolks
1 cup Milk; lukewarm
½ teaspoon Salt
1 tablespoon Sugar
4 cups Flour

Mix all together and refrigerate overnight. Divide into 3 portions and roll out to 15x10 rectangle. Spread with desired nut filling and roll up. Brush with egg white and sprinkle with sugar. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
