Ingredients

100gramsPaneer (or cottage cheese)
2cupsMixed boiled vegetables
3Tomatoes
2Onions
1teaspoonGinger and garlic paste
teaspoonChilli powder
½teaspoonTurmeric powder
2teaspoonsCoriander powder
1teaspoonGaram Masala
1cupMilk
3teaspoonsFresh cream
3teaspoonsGhee
To taste salt
Ghee for deep frying

Directions

1. Grate the onions 2. Put the tomatoes in hot water . After 10 minutes take off the skin and chop 3. Cut the paneer into small pieces and deep fry in ghee. 4. Heat oil in a vessel and fry the onions for a few minutes 5. Add the ginger and garlic paste and fry for ½ minute. 6. Add the chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder, coriander powder and chilli powder, Garam Masala and salt. Fry for at-least 3 to 4 minutes. 7. Add the boiled vegetables, milk, cream and fried paneer pieces 8. Cook for a few minutes * Serve hot decorated with silver foil.
