Muffins ( apple )

Yield: 12 muffins

Measure Ingredient
2⅓ cup Muffin mix
½ cup Chopped nuts
¼ teaspoon Cloves
1 cup Sweetened applesauce
¼ cup Milk
1 Egg, beaten

Preheat oven to 400. Butter muffin pans. In a medium bowl, combine applesauce, milk and egg in a small bowl. Add all at once to dry ingredients. Stir until just moistened; batter should be lumpy. Fill prepared muffin pans ⅔ full. Bake 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown.
