Mocha brownie torte #1

Yield: 8 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pack (1-lb) fudge brownie mix
¼ cup Water
2 Eggs
½ cup Chopped nuts
1½ cup Whipping cream
⅓ cup Brown sugar; packed
1 tablespoon Instant coffee

Preheat oven to 350. Grease 2 round cake pans. Blend brownie mix, water & eggs. Stir in nuts. Spread batter into pans. Bake 20 minutes. Cool 5 minutes in pans. Turn out onto racks & cool. Whip cream until it starts to thicken; gradually add sugar & coffee. Continue beating until stiff. Fill layers with 1 cup of whipped cream mixture, frost sides & top with remaining cream mixture. Sprinkle shaved chocolate on top, if desired.

Chill 1 hour.
