Mississippi okra

Measure Ingredient
3 cups Fresh Okra; in 2 inch pieces
1 can (14-16 oz.) whole tomatoes; (or fresh)
1 medium Onion
Olive or vegetable oil; for sauteeing
Fresh ground Pepper

Sautee' the onion to soft, add Okra and tomatos. Simmer covered for 20 minutes.
